Yield point test stand
This test stand, developed by EST as part of a customer order, is used to examine screw connections in the area of wheel fastenings on motor vehicles. For this application EST developed a so-called measuring hub with integrated sensors. With the help of this and downstream system amplifiers, the behaviour of the complete screw connection can be observed via an EST system software package. This is necessary in order to simulate loads on the screw connection as would occur while driving.
