Data Processing on our website

When you visit our website, our web server makes a temporary record of each access and stores it in a log file. The following data is recorded and stored until an automatic deletion:

  •  IP address of the requesting processor
  • date and time of access
  • name and URL of the downloaded file
  • volume of data transmitted
  • indication whether download was successful
  • data identifying the browser software and operating system.

We record the data to enable you to visit the website (connection setup), for reasons of system security, technical administration of the network infrastructure and in order to optimize the internet service. This data is not used for identifying a particular person. A combination of this data with other data sources is not carried out, the data will furthermore be deleted after a statistical evaluation.

Collection, processing and use of personal data

During data processing, your concerns with regard to data protection are taken into account at all times in accordance with the legal provisions. We only collect your personal data, if you disclose it to us voluntarily when getting into contact with us or when you ask us to make you an offer (e.g. your name, e-mail address or your address). We process the disclosed data without your express consent solely for the purpose to answer your questions. After having answered your questions, your data will be blocked for further usage unless you have consented expressly in the further processing of your data.

Use of cookies

In order to make the visit of our website even more comfortable for you and to enable the use of certain functions, we use so-called cookies. Cookies are small text files that are used as identifiers. We transmit this via your web browser to the hard disk of your computer and can read it during your current visit (so-called "session cookies"). In addition, we also use persistent cookies that are stored on your hard drive for up to a maximum of one year, allowing us to recognize your browser the next time you visit it. Google Maps/ Google Earth

This website uses Google Maps / Google Earth of the company Google Inc. for the visual representation of map material (Google). When Google Maps is used, Google also collects, processes and uses data on the use of the Maps functions by visitors to the website. Use of the online contact forms

When using the online contact forms, we collect personal data (such as your name and e-mail address) only to the extent you have made available to us. Your e-mail address will only be used to process your request. Your data will then be deleted if you have not consented to further processing and use.

Application form

You have the opportunity to apply for a job with us directly via the application form. We collect your first and last name, your contact data, your address, your application documents as well as your IP address and the time of your application. We use your data only for the purpose of the application as well as the initiation of a possible employment relationship. Your data will be stored during the current application process and for a maximum of six months after completion, unless a different period applies due to statutory retention obligations. We will then delete your data.

The legal basis for data processing is Article 88 GDPR in conjunction with § 26 BDSG.

 

Our security standards

Your personal data is transmitted over the Internet on our website using the so-called SSL security system (Secure Socket Layer). This technology offers a high level of security and is therefore also used by banks for data protection in online banking, for example. We protect our website and other systems by technical and organizational measures against loss, destruction, access, modification or distribution of your data by unauthorized persons.

 

Fulfillment of information obligations according to the GDPR:

Under the terms of the GDPR, you are entitled to the following legal data subjects if their requirements are met:

  • Right to information about your data stored with us in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR,
  • Right to correct incorrect data in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR,
  • Right to delete the data stored by us according to Art. 17 GDPR,
  • Right to restriction of the processing of the data stored with us according to Art. 18 GDPR,
  • Right to data portability according to Art. 20 GDPR,
  • Right of revocation at any time pursuant to Art. 7 (3) GDPR of any consent given to us; this has the consequence that we may no longer continue the data processing based on this consent for the future,
  • Right to complain to a competent supervisory authority in accordance with Art. 77 GDPR, if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates provisions of the GDPR.

 

Right of objection

If your personal data are processed on the basis of legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 paragraph 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR, provided that there are reasons for this arising from your particular situation.
