The production of electric motors is a multifaceted task requiring complex processes. For this reason, we offer you the option of carrying out feasibility studies. Our process specialists will put your proposed processes through their paces in our in-house laboratory or on our demonstration systems. A detailed final report will provide you with assurance and conclusions as to whether the planned processes can subsequently be replicated in automation systems. As a strategic partner, it is important for us to work closely with our customers from the outset. For us, this also includes the construction of prototypes or small to medium batch sizes. This enables us to take into account the challenges of producing such batch sizes in the subsequent machine concept.
Our innovative technologies enable the efficient production of hairpins from rectangular copper wire. With hairpin technology, we form precise "hairpins" that are then inserted into the stator's laminated core. Before this insertion process, we carefully apply insulating paper to the circumferential grooves of the laminated core. In this way, we can process more than 200 hairpins per laminated stator core in a very short time. In a high-precision joining process, the wire ends are then twisted and welded together, which requires the highest precision to ensure the electrical conductivity of the hairpins. For optimum protection, the windings are impregnated and the wire ends are also coated where necessary.
